Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Peak Pathway, LLC ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, the Licensor owns a digital course entitled "Pro Digital Academy, Digital Marketing With Master Resell Rights," created by Passive Digital Mastery.
